Faith Formation Active Parishioner Registration

In-person registration only. Our office will be open May 6-9 & May 13-16 from 9am - 5pm for Faith Formation registration. No need to reserve a time. First-come first-served.

Bring:

• A copy of your child's Baptism certificate and any other Sacrament Certificates
• Photo ID
• Copy of Court Custory Agreement if Applicable

$90 per child for active parishioners.

2024-2025 Faith Formation Registration for all active St. Andrew Parishioners will open in May (active means your family is registered at St. Andrew and we have a record of regular Mass attendance through offering envelopes or online giving)

The cost for non-active/non-parishioners is $150 per child and enrollment will open in June.
